West Ham secured a crucial three points with a 2-1 home win over Wolves in a game. In which Jarrod Bowen both scored and assisted in the Premier League on Monday.

In the second half, in the 54th minute, West Ham took a 1-0 lead from a corner kick on the right side. Which Jarrod Bowen threw to the far post for Tomas Soucek to head back into the near post. Wolves did not have a line-keeper. So they could not head the ball away.

But in the 69th minute, Wolves were able to equalize 1-1 from a left-side pass by Rayan Ait-Nouri. With Matt Doherty running in to shoot with his left foot from the penalty spot into the net.

It took the home side just three minutes to take the lead again. When Mohammed Kudus collected the ball on the right and passed it to Jarrod Bowen. Who moved into space and fired a left-footed shot that went wide of the far post to make it 2-1.  

In the 80th minute, Wolves had a chance to equalize on the counter-attack. Matheus Cunha got the ball on the left before passing it to the middle for Mario Lemina to run and shoot without having to catch it. However, the ball went straight to Lukasz Fabianski who caught it.

Six minutes later, West Ham had a goal through Mohammed Kudus. But was again ruled out for offside and denied a third goal.

After that, there were no more goals. So West Ham edged out Wolves 2-1 to secure an important victory, increasing their points to 18. While Wolves remained in the red zone with 9 points.
